We offer cash on delivery to any regional area in Qatar. Payment can be made in Qatari Riyals (QAR) only.

2. Shipping Fees

We offer free shipping for orders above QAR 300 within Qatar. For orders below QAR 300, a shipping fee of QAR 30 will be charged.

3. Delivery Times

We aim to deliver all orders within 1-3 business days. However, we cannot guarantee delivery times as this may vary depending on your location.

4. Order Processing

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking information once your order has been shipped.

5. Order Tracking

You can track the status of your order by logging into your account on our website. You will also receive email updates with your order status and tracking information.

6. International Shipping

We currently only ship within Qatar and do not offer international shipping.

7. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to cancel your order before it is shipped. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel your order.
